The delivery was very fast, and the welder arrived exactly as described. This review is only for gasless flux core welding, since I have not tested the TIG or Stick functions yet. The synergistic function is honestly one of the best features, because it makes setup much easier and takes the guesswork out of wire feed speed. Instead of constantly adjusting the wire feed, I can mainly control the heat and let the machine automatically match the wire speed, which feels almost effortless. The case is also a great size, and I really like the top handle and the side-opening door design. Compared with some other welders that open from the top and use a weak strap instead of a proper handle, this unit feels much more convenient and secure to carry. Another big advantage is how simple it is to replace the wire spool, which can be frustrating on other machines, but this one makes the process very easy. The weld quality has been excellent for a compact welder, and I would say it performs as well as, or even better than, similar budget welders I have used. I was able to weld 1/4-inch material with .030 wire and got very good penetration after checking the results. The only reason I would not give it a perfect rating is that the power cord, ground wire, and gun line are all shorter than I would like, but overall this little machine is a very capable and impressive welder

I was really surprised when I opened the box and saw just how compact this welder actually is. The product photos made it look bigger than it is, but in person it is much smaller and easier to handle. Because of its size and light weight, it seems like a great option for anyone with a small workshop, limited storage space, or a need for portability. It is compact enough to fit almost anywhere, and it could probably even be stored in a larger drawer of a rolling tool chest. The included accessories are acceptable, but they are not the main reason to buy this unit. The basic welding mask is better than having no protection at all, but I would strongly recommend using a proper auto-darkening welding helmet for better safety and comfort. The small hammer and brush tool is useful if you do not already have welding tools, although more experienced users may already own better options. Once you look past the simple accessories, the welder itself feels like a solid and well-made little machine. Its small size makes it especially useful for tight spaces, quick jobs, and portable welding needs. Overall, if you are looking for a lightweight and compact stick welder, this one fits the purpose very well and easily earns 5 stars

I already own a 220V welder, but I was interested in the Acewelder 140A because of how portable and convenient it looked. One of the biggest advantages is that it can run on 110V, which makes it much easier to use in more places compared with a larger 220V machine that requires a 220V 50-amp circuit. I was even more surprised when I opened the box and saw how small this welder actually is. The package includes the Acewelder unit, a 10-foot grounding cable, a 10-foot electrode holder, a 220V adapter cord, a wire brush/chipping hammer, and a basic face mask. The mask is very simple and comes as a flat plastic piece that needs to be assembled, so I used my own auto-darkening welding hood instead, which I would strongly recommend for anyone doing serious welding. The manual could be better, as the English is not very polished and the instructions feel a little limited. For my first test, I used it on a broken tomato cage with a 3/32-inch 6013 rod, even though the metal was partly painted and somewhat rusty. I started at a setting of 110, then increased it to 120 after the first weld, and the Acewelder produced better results than I expected. It made decent welds and showed that it could be useful for small repairs, light fabrication, or even tacking rebar for concrete work. Overall, I was genuinely impressed that such a small 110V machine could weld this well, and I would definitely recommend it as a great little welder at an excellent price
